Abhinav Gandham
IT (Computer Science) student at QUT and QA Engineering Intern at Tiny Technologies, building hands-on experience in software engineering and quality assurance. Driven to grow into a software engineer who contributes to innovative IT solutions that shape the future.
I'm a motivated and dedicated Bachelor of Information Technology (Computer Science) student at Queensland University of Technology (QUT), building a strong foundation in software engineering, cloud technologies, and modern IT practices. Alongside my studies, I hold a Diploma in Information Technology (Back-End and Front-End Web Development) from TAFEQLD, as well as LinkedIn Learning certifications in Full-Stack Web Development and DevOps Foundations.
Currently, I'm working as an Intern Quality Assurance Engineer at Tiny Technologies (part of Tiugo Technologies), where I collaborate closely with developers to test, debug, and enhance TinyMCE, a leading rich-text editing platform. Through this experience, I’ve gained hands-on exposure to front-end technologies and web-based application testing, assisting in the validation of new features and improvements to ensure functionality and compatibility across different environments. I’ve also contributed to TinyMCE Web Component integration improvements by updating dependencies, adding new configurations, and testing the integration to ensure stability and performance. Additionally, I contribute to technical documentation, creating and updating content for new features, bug fixes, and performance optimizations. Working with cross-functional teams has strengthened my understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), version control, and agile workflows, while developing a solid foundation in identifying root causes of issues and supporting code-level improvements to enhance usability, integration, and performance.
In the short term, I'm focused on advancing my skills in software engineering. Long term, I aspire to deliver impactful IT solutions that push the boundaries of innovation.
My areas of interest include AI, cloud computing, ERP systems, software architecture, and DevOps/QAOps. I'm eager to collaborate with industry professionals, take on challenging projects, and continue my journey as a lifelong learner passionate about turning ideas into impactful solutions.
